Young designers honored

The Malaysian International Furniture Fair will offer a new young designer award during its March 2–6 show. The Ideation Award allows students to show off innovation and creativity in furniture design. Entries will be judged on concept, creativity, technology, material use, presentation, ergonomics, safety, marketability and sustainability. The event is open to all students studying design or architecture at a recognized Malaysian institution.
