Consumer demand for auto aftermarket products rises
Upholstery Journal | February 2010
A two-month decline in demand for auto aftermarket products reversed in December, rising six points to 38, two points better than the October reading. Demand for wheel, tire and suspension components increased 63 points in the Northeast region. More consumers pursued street-performance modifications. General vehicle customization was still the most popular way for consumers to spend money on their vehicles.
