Ultra-Mate SC2 from Velcro USA is a single-component fastener system that slides into place by gripping sets of interlocking grooves. The system uses two interlocking plastic polypropylene strips with scale-like grooves that adhere to solid surfaces. The two strips lock together when they slide into place. This gliding track design allows for installation of products that rely on removable or adjustable parts, such as ceiling tiles, flooring, tents and quick-assemble furniture.
