Merchandise Mart earns LEED award

The world’s largest commercial building, The Merchandise Mart in Chicago, earned a silver Leadership in Energy and Environmental Design (LEED) award by the U.S. Green Buildings Council. Based on five key areas of health, LEED is a nationally accepted benchmark for design, construction and operation of high-performance green buildings.
