Investors buy Weave Corp.

Fabric maker Weave Corp. has been purchased for $1.9 million by a group of investors led by John Sullivan, president of American Silk Mills.
Weave Corp., which has been in operation since the 1950s, defaulted on almost $9 million in loans and briefly closed before a court ordered the company to stay in operation. The company will remain open in Denver, Colo., and operate under the name Weave Textiles LLC.
