SBA and Google join forces

Google and the Small Business Administration (SBA) have teamed together in hopes of raising awareness of free online tools that can help small businesses.
To kick off the partnership, the groups launched a series of videos designed to educate businesses about how to succeed online. Google has produced a booklet on the topic that is available through the SBA’s Development Centers.
The new Google Places service offers small-business owners another way to take control of their internet presence. The service allows business owners to create listings online with contact information, hours of operation and product information with the service. Visit www.google.com/help/sba.
