Stork acquires Garwood

Stork Materials Technology has acquired a controlling interest in Garwood Laboratories with the option to purchase all remaining shares in the future. Garwood provides product qualification and development testing for the automotive, aerospace, commercial, medical, military and telecommunications markets. Stork and Garwood support many mutual clients.

Garwood will continue to operate with the same staff and general manager.
