The SEMA Membership Scholarship Fund has awarded 55 scholarships and 12 loan forgiveness awards totaling $111,000 for the 2010-2011 school year.

The program is designed to support educational goals for students inthe automotive specialty-equipment marketplace and foster leadership opportunities. Awards in the prgram range from $1,000-$2,000, with $4,000 going to the top student. Awards in the loan fogiveness program total $1,000 for individuals working for a SEMA-member company for at least one year.

Applications for the 2011-2012 school year will be available at www.sema.org/scholarship in December.
