Fabric used: Leather, closed cell foam, black water board panel, hidden fasteners and industrial adhesive

These door panels were hand-formed in multiple sections to fit integrated lines. The radius crown was hand carved, and hand-cut basket weaves make for eye-pleasing designs. The arched center piece achieves a three-dimensional image. These custom removable door panels will be used in a 1955-57 Chevy.

Judges comments: Very impressed with the detail of the basket weave design arches. Very clean, smooth panels.
