These seats were made from a 1990 GMC Tahoe. They originally did not have a flat face, but rounded columns with the factory covers glued directly to the rounded foam. The original foam was reworked and new foam was added. The 3-inch vertical pleats and Chevy bowtie logo were drawn in marker directly on the foam. Since the seats are a 60-40 split type, 60 percent of the bowtie is on the passenger seat and 40 percent is on the driver seat. Both seats have complete top-stitching and a storage pouch on the back of each backrest. The patterns were copied onto vinyl and sewn together, then installed.

Judges comments: A nice, clean, classic look. Creative design. Creative use of Chevy bowtie design.
