Silvertex is a 100-percent polyester vinyl featuring Silverguard technology, which uses silver ions to defend against bacteria, mold and microorganisms. The silver ions are released as needed in the presence of moisture and attack bacteria cell walls, disrupting the cells’ function. This antifungal, anti-stain and abrasion-resistant line of upholstery vinyl is available in 25 colors from J. Ennis Fabrics.
