Design & Craftsmanship Awards contest

If submitting electronically:

> Download the entry form. Send entry form information in body of an e-mail or as a Word document attachment in an e-mail. In the "subject" line of the e-mail, enter: Design & Craftsmanship Awards.

> Upload high resolution images of at least 300 dpi (1MB) in .jpg, .tif, or .eps format to www.ifai.com/upload. Fill in the information completely, including publication (Upholstery Journal), issue date (Aug/Sept 2010) and IFAI contact (Editor). Submit up to four phtoos that best represent the project, before and after photos as appropriate.

> Identify and label each photo.

If submitting by mail:

> Mount 3" x 5" color prints on poster board. Up to four photos may be submitted to show various angles or details of entry.

> Complete one entry form for each entry. Affix entry form to front of entry.
